Limitation period: To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises; otherwise, it is permanently barred.

Jury trial waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and we waive any right to a trial by jury in any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Attorneys' fees: Where permitted by law, the prevailing party in any dispute may recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

21) Force majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
